7th Grade Supply list
Supplies needed for Success
1 – Clear View Binder (1.5 or 2 in)
5 pocket dividers (w/o pockets)
Pencil Pouch for binder (you may want 2 – NO boxes)
Binder paper – college ruled (100+ sheets stored neatly in binder at all times)
100 #2 pencils – (3-4 in backpack at all times)
(If your child prefers mechanical pencils, be sure he/she has lots of lead and eraser refills!)
Pencil sharpeners with shavings catch (1 in backpack)
Large eraser
5 red fine tip ballpoint pens (not markers)          
10-12 blue/black pens 
Glue sticks
Scissors
2 - Whiteboard markers – (not yellow)  
Small whiteboard erasers for personal use (cloth works well)
Colored pencils – Crayola are best
4 - 70-page spiral notebooks, 8 1/2 x 11, college ruled
3 - Composition Books 
3”x3” post-it notes 
Post-it notes/flags in other sizes
Highlighters - 1 each pink, blue, yellow, & green (chisel tip)
3x5 index cards
Calculator 
Earbuds (yep, you will need to keep a pair in your backpack)
 
These supplies are all necessary for success for the entire year. If you are having trouble getting supplies, please talk to us. It’s VERY important to have the basics and you can add to your supply as the year progresses. It’s your responsibility to have plenty of pens, pencils, highlighters, paper etc in your binder at all times. 
 
As we move toward being more organized, it is required by all students to keep a binder. Please note keeping your binder organized with all your work for each trimester is going to be required this year. 
 
DO NOT THROW YOUR WORK AWAY UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED –   please let your parents know this as well
